๐ We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order. Whether it’s a 2-piece pants outfit that didn’t fit quite right or a Christmas costume that wasn’t what you expected, we’re here to help!
Our Return & Exchange Policy
Eligibility Requirements:
- โ Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery
- โ Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached
- โ Original packaging must be included
- โ Proof of purchase is required
โ ๏ธ Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on Deluxe Costumes and Adult & Plus Tutu Costumes if they have been tried on or if the hygiene seal is broken. Other final sale items will be clearly marked at time of purchase.
How to Return or Exchange an Item

Step 2: Wait for Approval and Instructions
Our magical customer service team will respond within 1-2 business days with a return authorization and shipping instructions. Please do not send items back without this authorization.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Place the item(s) securely in the original packaging, include your order information, and ship to:

Step 4: Processing Time
Once we receive your return, please allow:
- 5-7 business days for processing and inspection
- Additional 3-5 business days for refunds to appear in your account
Refund Information
Refund Methods:
- ๐ณ Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- ๐ฑ PayPal: Refunds will be processed back to your PayPal account
What’s Refunded:
- Full cost of returned items
- Original shipping fees (if entire order is returned)
- Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
๐ซ Exchange Requests: Want to exchange for a different size of those bell bottoms or try one of our 80s outfits instead? Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested exchange item is out of stock, we’ll process a refund and notify you immediately.
International Returns
Since we serve customers globally (except some remote areas in Asia), international returns follow the same process. However, customers are responsible for any customs duties or international shipping costs associated with returns.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or something different from what you ordered (perhaps a Baby Boutique item instead of an Adult Size outfit), please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement at no cost to you!
